About Natalie

Natalie Lagassé is a planner for the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region and Candidate member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. She has 10 years experience in environmental management working largely in the aviation industry. Much of this work focused on the management of water systems, solid waste, wildlife, land development, and LEED application. She brings this experience to regional planning and has been working with the WMR on several projects involving land use planning, solid waste management, economic development, and climate change initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a master’s degree in City Planning, both from the University of Manitoba.
